Our products are also NFPA 2112 compliant and certified through Underwriter Laboratories. The Modacrylic/Cotton/ Nylon blend fabric used in our products is made in the USA and is designed to be flame and arc resistant, with a Sol Shade feature that reduces sun exposure to the head and neck. The shade attaches to the brim of hard hats using two enclosed elastic channels that grab the edges of the hard hat. It has been tested to fit a variety of hard hat styles from multiple manufacturers.

Manufactured in Santa Ana, California, our products are specifically designed for welders, linemen, utility workers, oilfield workers, and refinery workers. The material used in our products is a skin-safe flame-resistant blend of Modacrylic, Lyocell, and Para Aramid. Our products meet safety requirements, with a CAT/HRC level of 1 and 6.4 cal/cmsq, and meet the performance specifications of ASTM F1506, NFPA 70E, and OSHA 1910.269.

In terms of laundry and care, our products can be machine washed in warm water and tumbled dry on a low setting. It's important not to use bleach when laundering our flame-resistant clothing.
